My "Born This Way" interpretation of the VMA´S

Well,I´ve seen many posts here disscusing the "Born This Way" part in the performance and many monsters have related this costume to the Bloody Mary one in the Tour.I don´t really see that so I decided to show You my point: I think that this costume is linked to "Born This Way" via the "Marry The Night" music video (the prologue or prelude pathetique).Gaga reminds me of a white canvas in the performance and in the prologue of "Marry The Night" She talks about her past life comparing It to an unfinished painting and making it beautiful again.In the performance She´s like a white canvas so there´s no "ugly holes",She has removed them.With this, I think She means that her "decadence" during the "Born This Way" era is over,that She´s got up and kept walking. I also think that in the part of the "Boos" She wants to tell us that She´ll get through anything (She was born to survive). Gaga,Thank You again :) #GagaTalk #Writing

The box was PERFECT. This part of the performance showed her need to think OUTSIDE the box...she had to break away from all those rules.

i like how you actually have to look and analyse her performances so you can understand thats what makes it even more interesting in my opinion and yeah the performance was like a story of how she has painted her life from white canvas to artpop :)

guys, besides the dress lookin like the bloody mary one, and it obviously relates to a blank-canvas... it's not that gaga disconsider the btw era, but this performance is about the public view, what she has done for the applause, and all the btw got, socially, was the boo

Yeah. She was born this way : a blank canvas that she had to complete with her personal Art. It's why this outfit is representing the Born This Way Era.
