In Dog Heaven there are lots of happy dogs running around over green meadows, chasing interesting things; there are angels with warm laps and pockets full of treats; but there is no fighting or cruelty or getting run over, ever.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My dog turns 11 next month so I understand what it's like to have a loving pet for many years! Prayers for you :) Hang in there, Monster!

I know how you feel, on Nov 2 my mutant kitty was put to sleep. His name was Darwin and he was an orange tabby with extra toes, two red dots on his nose, a gentle nature, and a craving for people food, especially chicken. His brother, Finch, died 5 months later. Finch was a tuxedo cat who always looked so regal, even in his very last days :'(

I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I have lost many pets and rescued many wildlife and abandoned petds. I have cried so loud and hard that the entire waiting room and vet were crying. M love animals runs deep within my heart. They always love us so uncoinsitiionally. I am here if you need to talk to anyone. I love animals as if theyt are my children. I have a human equivalent west highland terrier that is like 84 human years. We take him frequently, but I just want let myself think of his passsing. I really do understand will help you throught your grief process if need anyone. ("")("")s^^^ for your baby. Sarah
