For me It means like gaga is showing every part of human body from the hand next to the leg and the other parts in the next singles and photoshoots because she is showing how she build her self again after a big down on the surgery and to welcome the new gaga in the new Era which is probably called ARTPOP.

What if guys she is making up stefani. Might sound weird but here me out. What of each body part is stefani's and gaga is building the mannequin up and the mannequin is stefani so it is sorta a metaphor that gaga is building up the confidence to come out as stefani and that the final complete mannequin is stefani and she is all brave and stuff. (Made sense in my head^_^)
