I wanted to share this with everyone. Since i was kicked out of my home at age 16 (im now 20) iv had a rough few years. Iv been through multiple rape, iv been through hurt, 4 years of domestic violence, iv lost my daughter during pregnancy and iv been used by people. People always put me down, nobody was ever there when i needed someone apart from very few people. I hated myself. I still do. Iv not been very happy with myself, i haven't tried dieting, or doing anything drastic, however through keeping active, and starting to eat the right foods, i can finally say i can see an improvement. This morning i put on a pair of trousers, they fell down. That made me think, actually something really has changed, i get on the scales today, and iv lost 2 stone and 9 pounds. Im so incredibly proud of myself. This picture starts from January, where i was at my largest. Then goes to a party outfit, which was in May. Going down to 10th August, when i went to a festival, noticing my curves more. Then througout the last week or so, the difference in the size of my body i have noticed. The 5th picture shows you how large my bottoms are, and they litterally fell off me this morning. The 6th picture, *i had just got out the bath* shows you how healthy and feeling good i look. Thankyou to all of those who have supported me, who have told me i am beautiful regardless of my weight, and that i dont need to do anything about it.. I have so many thankyous to give so i will just thank EVERYBODY! those people who have REALLY helped me, know who they are. <3 Remember, life isnt always about weight, and looking beautiful.
