I wanted to write to Lady Gaga and all the fans! I fell in love with Lady Gaga when she first came out, her distinct voice, her heavy beats got me hooked with THE FAME! I will admit it was definitely her most commercial album to date. I will also say each album she's made after I began to love her more and more. Lady Gaga is more than radio friendly music, her message, her power, her music and fashion really is revolutionary! People hate on her because she is powerful and independent and doesn't fit into the "NORM" of what people want POP music to be. Billboard and charts don't mean anything really, She's established herself and will continue to grow and change. It wont matter if her album ARTPOP remains on the Billboard 200 for 6 weeks or 6 months; she's #1 in like 48 Countries anyways.....but it's about the longevity of her music and the massive impact it has on the world......Being #1 just means radio, critics and the "masses" love you, Lady Gaga was never intended to appeal to the masses, she creates her own path, her own music, her own destiny..... and that's why a lot of the "Poker Face" fans and critics kicked her to the curb and tend to embrace the generic pop stars out today. If you've noticed most of the stuff on the radio is stagnant and watered down, it all sounds the same. Lady Gaga makes songs that are unique, fun and original with her distinct voice and heavy beats! It's refreshing! She really is one of a kind! And I say that with love! Her fan base is massive and we will support her regardless. I will say Katy Perry's "ROAR" is a good song, I enjoy it, but it's safe, predictable and geared for radio. There's nothing special about it. "ARTPOP"; Like "Born This Way" will be revolutionary, Gaga doesn't follow trends, she makes her own! She is a force to be reckoned with! She is a strong, powerful and brave woman that's helped changed the world one step at a time for love and acceptance and that's why her fans love her so much! :-) I love coming on this site to see all the love for Gaga. Her fans are amazing! My favorite Gaga song's are: Scheiße, Government Hooker, Bloody Mary, Dance In The Dark, Judas, Heavy Metal Lover, Bad Romance and Highway Unicorn (Road 2 Love)
