It got to number #2 in United Kingdom within hours of being released, actually it's not even properly been released yet worldwide that's happeneing on the 19th of August. a few radio stations have been playing it because it's so good and that's why it went to number one... number two all over the world within a few hours. On the 19th when the music video comes out and it hits the worlds radio stations properly then I think all them country's in your picture will say number ONE! and if they don't then that doesn't matter at all. Lady gaga has never been for the masses of people. She didn't make ARTPOP for the charts she made it for us... her gigantic fanbase who stick by her through no matter what.
