HELP ME BACKPLANE! Update!

I received this email from Backplane on Friday telling me that I won tickets to see Gaga at the iTunes festival. However, most people received their confirmation email with the tickets yesterday but I haven't, along with many other monsters. This is EXTREMELY worrying, especially considering that many of us have spent hundreds of pounds on accommodation and travel after hearing that we won. The show is only 5 days away ansd it's making me sick with worry that I probably won't be able to go after Backplane raised my hopes#GagaTalk

I seriously think we shit out now ! this is absolute bullshit !! to treat fans like this ! a week of hearing nothing , but hey dont worry because the people who are photographed 14 times in 1 week with her in New York have there tickets and are being flown in so that makes me feel so much better !!!!

I cannot believe we still haven't received anything since last Friday I haven't slept ! I feel sick now and yet the same people who are constantly pictured with Gaga have all received their tickets as usual, I cannot believe they would treat you like this to tell you that you had a ticket then you hear nothing , I have emailed constantly and nothing at all back ! ,some people have spent a fortune on accommodation and travel , I have booked time off work and then theres the fact you told everyone how happy you were to be going , I am totally gutted , I really am, I dont think we will hear now ! :-(
