Backplane YOU'VE MADE ME (& OTHER MONSTERS) VERY ANGRY AND UPSET!

i got this email from backplane a few days ago saying I've won tickets to see my IDOL, i did everything it said on the email and waited for my email from iTunes Festival. However today monsters who I know got this email got an email from iTunes Festival with their ticket. So why didn't i? I am so upset and gutted and i don't understand? why get a fan's hopes up and just drop them like that? I have e-mailed you several times over a 3 day period and not 1 reply! I was so happy and excited about nothing? I was so excited to see Gaga come back to U.K again but now I'm left here actually crying. Gaga, i wish i was coming, but apparently i and the other monsters are not....

I still haven't got my tickets yet, so worried right now. I have sent backplan and iTunes emails about the tickets and still no reply :(

I know exactly how you feel!! I booked sunday and monday off work for nothing at very short notice and safe to say my boss is far from impressed!! and im just gutted that myself and others have had all our hopes built up for nothing!!

I really wanted to go but did not win x My heart broke but sometimes u have to let things go to keep ur heart bright and ps dude I'm sure ur gunna get tickets or something through cause that email look legit lol x

Dont blame BACKPLANE is not their fault, in that case is iTunes crew fault, is them who haven't send u that email, dont put the responsibility on them or this site. Wait for the email, maybe they send you later, they have thousands of people to email you know..

i'm not even being dramatic - no compensation prize will make up for this, even if they give us free ARTPOP stuff it just won't be the same as seeing her in fucking person especially after being told we'd won tickets

I got my tickets, and I don't think I can go because of travel, honestly I would give them to you, but I'd have to attend with you. I really thought it was late notice, us winning and stuff. I feel for you Monster, I do, but just know I'd give you my ticket if I could.

I mentioned that a few days ago, they seemed to be sending out too many winning emails. The concert is in the Roundhouse, where the capacity of the main room is 1800. Hopefully, they haven't sent out too many, or Little Monsters are going to be turned away. Maybe they made a mistake, and will probably have to make a BIG apology. Let's hope not for the sake of all the winners.
