The difference here, I think, is that it is entirely okay to defend the art if there is a hater involved -- i.e. me and this Muslim female who got into over BURQA -- but it was a spirited debate, with facts and solid arguments, not rude insults. If you want to defend Gaga/the Monster fan base, do so, but do it eloquently, intelligently, and maturely. Insults are for those who have nothing more intelligent to say!

I think monsters just care to much what people say about them or what people say about @gaga! I think they should just ignore all those people that are constantly talking s*** about us there are so many blogs that are constantly mocking us and talking about us and monsters respond back whit really angry messages, i wish that monsters would just ignore them and let them talk all they want at the end of the day they are wrong and not us! Yes, that's what I've been trying to tell people! I saw a negative comment about Madonna on a certain post, and I calmly tried to explain that it was wrong to insult Madonna that way. But people kept lashing out at me and saying I was "too sensitive" because it was a joke, but I don't think it was a nice joke. It was making fun of Madonna's age. Anyway, I try to listen to Gaga when I'm on here, but the hate towards other artists makes me bring out my bad side. Now I don't think I'm ever going to finish this fight about Madonna, and it's all my fault for trying to defend her in the first place.

Honestly the "fans" on twitter need to see this. I feel like twitter is a place full of immaturity that just breeds hate. I know Gaga said to ignore the hate and comparisons- and i try my best to do so. If I ever defend Gaga- I never use hateful words. But recently with Lana Del Rey and now the deadmau5 incident...those arent true fans to me. Perez Hilton is just an instigator- we need to ignore people like that.
