Am I the only one
who thinks that refreshing the youtube video and playing it again doesn't bring one more view..? I think that one IP adress is able to make 1 view only, am I wrong ?

Hitting F5 does work. Youtube total only updates every 3 hours

I think you're wrong about the IP adress, but I also agree with you that refreshing doesn't bring one more view... I think that video must be played for at least 20 seconds to count that as 1 view...
but I don't know for sure.
