3 years of depression

(Read)Monsters 3 years ago my dad left my mom I came home from school and he had just left my brother and sister had to tell me and all 3 of us had to tell my mom also in the same week my close friend passed away I HAD NOBODY I felt alone I felt unloved like everybody had forgot about me I became socially awkward and afraid to leave the house because I felt like everybody was talking about me i then got diagnosed with anxiety and depression I was so low and nobody cared I used to sit and listen to Gaga thinking one day I'll be strong again! Well 3 years down the line I've been put on anti depressants and diazepam medications at the age of 16 the medication is making me ridiculously suicidal and down but I look at my Gaga posters everyday and she's the reason I'm strong the reason I'm still here to tell my story Gaga you have changed my life and I'm so grateful.

Well, a lot of people will understand what you're going tru. You're not alone. There are millions of people who feel depressed or scared or alone. They feel like life is giving up on them. There are many peope who understand you and care for you. I hope you can find some comfort in that, that you're not alone. I really hope that three years from now, you'll read what you've wrote today, and you'll feel peace within yourself. There has been so much going on in your life. It's really not easy. Be strong!! Keep fighting!! Never ever give up on yourself!! You can do it! You can be anything you want! Just believe in yourself and keep dreaming!!

I've been dealing years of panic attacks and I still suffer from them all the time! It really makes me feel like I'm missing out on life. But the more you push yourself, the stronger you get. Just one step at a time, youre strong, more than you know! paws up!

Medicine helped me i would say...help to still my mind in order to rethink and become self aware of my self...i am no longer taking it...but down the line i have found the source of my happiness... You're so beautiful and I know what you feel. The only cure I found was Gaga and music. I would sit in my room and turn on the music so loud. I was depressed for 2 or 3 years ago and I didn't want medication because, weirdly, I kind of liked being a negative creep all the time and I knew pills would make me feel even worse. I know how it's hard but just remeber you have a family and we will always accept you the way you are. Everybody is ready to help you! So if you need to talk, we're ALWAYS here <3

Hey ! I have been in a similar situation of you , but me, it was at school... So now I feel better, and I see that you too ( and other people in the comment )and I think it's a big victory for you, for everyone ! Stay strong !! :') ( PS: sorry of my english is bad, I'm french ^^ )
