Her nose looks the same to be. Also, her nose has the same slight tilt to one side it always had, aka a deviated septum. I only noticed cause mine is as well but in the opposite direction. It's part of what gives her voice that lovely quality. Her accent, tone and overall singing voice would have changed drastically therefore I say no nose job. BUT, I've wanted one since jr high and if she did get one honestly no one should care. Her nose is adorable to me and makes me feel better about my own :D

We shouldn't fall into the trap of bragging about how skinny Lady Gaga is! Her weight is her business and she would still be an incredible performer at any size (although she would not be as famous as she is now because our culture is deeply fatphobic). You can celebrate her body and her beauty without implying that she would be ugly if she weighed more. Fat people's bodies are hated and mocked constantly - let's make this site a place that changes that!
