gee, thanks. but what does that make me now?? people tell me i should change my hair back to red all the time,i was noticed. people paid attention to me and gave me compliments. it felt so good. but my dark hair is much more honest, a refection of my personality, the stuff i'm made of. i just wish i had the same confidence being myself as i did playing the role of redhead. i think about this whenever i see people talking about how they don't like gaga's current hair. how about not making anyone feel bad for being exactly who they are? #Selfies #Fashion #confidence #Hair #IAmMyHair

I was a platinum blonde for 9 years up untill this past april. Now I'm brunette and I get the same comments as you. I still feel like I lost my identity and I hate it. I'm also a hair dresser so it makes me even more paranoid when people say dumb shit like that. From a professional point of view i think you look fucking awesome with dark hair. Its probably a lot easier to keep up with as well. But I definitely feel ya. if people can't deal with change that's their problem.

People here like to associate an Extreme feature (i.e. hair color) with peoples personalities and peg that as a factor on how they'll think of you. It's super lame but I get how on this website you would be "more popular" with your red hair color because it's what is "supposed" to make you feel unique/different/special, when IN FACT it's the thought of you HAVING to have that hair color to be accepted is what is wrong here. You look fucking fabulous with dark hair and w/e you choose to do with it I can't wait to see! But you are 100% perfect the way you are!

I hate my natural hair colour, so I always dye my hair pink, teal, purple or something cool like that . Brown hair is big no-no to me. Anyway, you look pretty both ways. :)

You know what? Same happend to me... I used to use purple hair, and I LOVED IT. But my family was always telling me that I did it just to be like Gaga (WTF?) and use crazy things... I gave up, and dyed my hair black... now I feel like any other girl, like I have nothing to be recognized about. I used to be the girl in the purple hair... now I'm just a girl. I feel more confident being "not-myself", too. And I'm starting to think that I don't have to have black hair if I don't want to, if I don't feel confortable enough... And I also decided to dye it purple again. I really don't know if people think that that's being fake or something, but I have the need to feel free, and happy with myself :)

Honestly, I've always had something for redheads, BUT that doesn't mean you're black hair makes you any less beautiful than what you are. You are as free as your hair, and if people don't like it, to bad. They are not supposed to like it, YOU are. Black looks good on you just like red did. Point is, don't listen to peoples negativity, because I'm sure you have better hair than most of them <3
