My Lord. To me she is one in the same. Do you all make the same comparisons when someone gives you a nickname? No! And that's what her name now "Gaga" started out as! It is just like an author giving themselves a pen name. To me Stefani chose to be called Lady Gaga...therefore, Stefani is Gaga and Gaga is Stefani! She is the same woman that we all love and look up to! The name Lady Gaga is a way for her to openly express her artistic ways. You don't make the same comparisons with Katy Perry right? SHE changed her name! Like I said, JUST like an author does with a pen name!!! :D <3

I know that in gaga the is Stefani's mind, and heart, but I think with the industry gaga took over stefani in a way , It's hard to explain I don't wanna hurt her by saying something wrong but I think in an interview she said that she convinces herself that everything is her, and look on the HBO special "they see wigs and lipstick and they just shoot down cause they don't understand" u can interprate it in a way that people only looked at her outside self and not inside self and maybe that is what destroyed her (not sure just an option)
