whoever is sayin gaga wont perform at the vmas this year is full of shit I did some research and just found out that last year at 2012 vmas there were 4 people who performed and were not even nominated : pink, green day, alicia keys, and taylor swift!! also mtv knows tht they need gaga at this years show to bring up there ratings plus this years show will be in new york the last time it wae in new york was in 2009 the furst time gaga performed at the vmas plus its in brooklyn whicj is very special to gaga dince thts where her old apartment is !!!!!!
