The cd/dvd backside needs to be reflexive, otherwise they won't be readable. It's simple physics...and releasing an album as an app is already pretty awesome, I can't ask for more. She could release an special LP edition! Jack Whites's Thirdman Records has a lot of cool ideas, look: youtube.com/.... She could release some new music using one of these triple deckers. The idea of having to destroy the actual disc to get to your bonus seems crazy, but fun XD Or, even better and never done before, she could put something handwritten inside the record (like a message, the lyrics to an unreleased song, ideas she has for the next album), so if you wanted to read what Gaga has to tell you, you'd have to sacrifice the LP. It would feel like Gaga telling you a secret.

they could engrave the info on the back and make the cover image a hologram on the top.

it would be nice. but it needs to be reflective for the laser. if new tech exists...then it would be cool. I have a lot of these from my blank CD's
