No, es falso. Aún no se avala, simplemente es posible una igualdad de derechos con una unión civil, pero no incluye adopción ni otros derechos semejantes. Menos aún se nombra como matrimonio.

I'm so happy for the LGBT community in Colombia! :D But we shouldn't forget that a civil union is not the same as marriage, and it seems that in countries where civil unions are legalized it takes them more time to legalize marriage than those where directly marriage is legalized (I'm thinking about European countries like Germany)
