I find Gaga wore it better cuz the dress compliments her body more..and the matching shoes and pearls were a nice touch!

Gaga because Kim's looks more straight going down an gaga has the curves for it and because I love her

i think kim wore it better but gaga played it up with accessories way better

In all honesty Gaga did wear it better. I don't know what it is about Gaga, if it just her attitude or the way she carries herself but when she wears an outfit she owns it.
