ARTPOP will come out, sometimes you just have to wait, and so far it's haven't been that long of a wait. Guns N Roses-fans waited Chinese Democracy-album for 14 years! People are just very used to the fact that pop musicians release music fast on a conveyor belt coming from a factory, kinda like Kesha and Rihanna do. Don't worry people, ARTPOP will come and Gaga's singing better than ever
