That doll looks... human

The Barbie Company actually has nothing to do with the realistic sized doll, it was just an artist who did it himself, he used the proportions of an average American 19 year old. Quite amazing the difference is. I would love to see Barbie take note of the feedback this artist is getting, might just give Barbie a positive image...

this is soo good, i only wish that is wasnt made by a disney kid, who are photoshopped at trimed and barbied-up. i know demi lovato is more 'humble' now but it is a bit hypocytical

pls guys tell me how many ppl are dying because of overweight and how many because of underweight ? I really cant understand it go on the streets, there are tons of children who are really fat - CHILDREN and the most of the people are jsut interested in the few people who have anorexia...

It's not a bad idea, but isn't it a little silly? I mean, as a kid you don't care what the doll looks like and you never actually thought about to look like a plastic doll. it is more society who creates a bad picture through many celebrities and tv shows like toddlers and tiaras or jersey shore. nobody said that you have to look perfect. it's you who chose the way of your life

This isn't fully true... An artist made a real-to-life barbie doll to show how different she could be. It didn't have to do with demi.

I really hope they make this Barbie and then go on to represent ALL the different body types, so then girls (and maybe boys) who collect Barbies can have all different sizes of them, just like how the group of friends they'll compile when they're older will be all different sizes

And previously you talked about eating disorders, did you mean by perfect that being sick and dangerously thin you are "perfect"? Or didn't I get the post right? This is just a question. NO HATE. Living with an eating disorder is hard. I'm in recovery for bulimia, and I'm getting better every day. If there was anything in this world that I could do to prevent eating disorder from taking over other peoples lives, I would've done it in a heartbeat. Demi Lovato is such a great rolemodel, she's just amazing. She's made a difference in my life, she made me feel like there's hope. I really, really hope this Barbie doll will be produced..
