I'd actually like that. It would be a huge laugh at people who hacked her twitter, it would make reference to the vessel (not egg, LOL) of BTW and it symbolizes renovation/rebirth/a new beginning (that's why people paint eggs and eat chocolate eggs on easter). Even better, she could recreate the "Son of man" painting using the egg to cover her face (and that would be already very pop art), which could be a nice critic to all the celebrity exposure twitter and facebook made possible (that rends them so uninteresting sometimes)...or it could symbolize her time away from the public eye during her recovery...or even how people try to find someone else behind Lady Gaga.
