She said ages ago that she stuffed up writing that letter. The date she wrote that was 29/06/2012 but she accodentally wrote 2013 instead. Thats all.

I think the ARTPOP's release date was already postponed and moved. I think it would be on August because Joe, Gaga's dad told some little monsters that Gaga would be returning on August. I think it's better to expect less so you won't get disappointed.
