It's a drawing, how is that copying? So if someone drew a picture of let's say Lana Del Rey (yes i know Helen has some of her, they are gorgeous) does that mean if Lana uses that as her default pic then she's copying both Gaga and Nicki Minaj? Come on guys, this is just getting ridiculous.
