Let me clear this thing up. I'm a Muslim girl and I don't get offended when I look at this picture cos in the Quran doesn't say that women have to wear hijab or burqa to cover their intimate parts of the body. We (Muslim women) can use any kind of clothing to cover our body and hair. So yeah, I don't think Gaga's making fun of Islam. Anyone can wear burqa though. The word "burqa" doesn't state in the Quran.
