It's not a competition... besides PSY had been in the business for only 3 years while Gaga had been in the business for over 5 years. And besides, PSY has often complimented Gaga too. And yep... he only has 2 videos. Gaga and PSY's stories and experiences are quite similar too. PSY and Gaga both weren't successful at first. They had small singles and not popular but Gangnam Style and Just Dance both set them off.
