I lost 30 lbs
Back in 2011, i was 220 lbs.. I tried so many ways to lose weights. I tried Sensa Weight Lost Sprinkle, Nutrisystem, Going to gym, Wii Fit nothing works at all. I drank so much soda, in fact: Soda not even good for you neither does "diet coke", and I never drank enough water, never exercise enough and most of all "Monster Energy Drink". They are NEVER good for you and i had it only once to try it with a slice of pizza upstairs in my room in front of my laptop. Then therefor I started to shake, feel weird in my body then i threw up in my garbage bin. I knew that Monster Energy Drink wasn't even good for my body or/and health. I was gonna gain another 100 pounds off my ass. I dunno what else to do to lose weights. I was bloated like a ball or a balloon. I felt like shit... I never lost weights in my life.
March 13th, 2012 - The Drunk Diet book came out in store all over North America! It was 8:00 pm, my mom and I went to the mall to get the book at Book A Million. The next day, I read it, but i read it 5x for 2 or 3 days to be sure before I make my own plan how i lost weights on my own. This book is the BEST thing you'd ever read in your whole life!
December 2012 - OK, So It was nearly the end of the year and I thought of planning on losing weights for next year 2013.. OK SO.. I thought of cutting soda, Gatorade and Monster Energy Drinks for: more water, juices and milk. I tried Wii Fit, Just Dance Games & XBOX Just Dance Central all over again for a few weeks before the cruise. I did this and cut on the drinks what I've said and it works! I lost 30 lbs! I work so hard to lose so much weights on me.
Mid March-April - I went to The Monsters of Rock Cruise with my mom and my sister. We had so much fun and I met this amazing guy Luc Carl. He is my favorite DJ & my first idol i met.. without this guy and his book The Drunk Diet, how could I lose weights? He wrote it over a year while planning on his own to lose weights as well. When I came back from the cruise & all.. well this month changes to me.. I take walks and do little running at a time. I know I am not a good runner but I have to do my best anyway.. I listen to some 80's music that keep me going but I stopped somehow cause i either need a break or need to slow down and do some walking. I do the best i could possible do to lose weights. EVERYTHING DOES WORKS.. I just simply cut off soda, Gatorade and Monster Energy drink for: water, juices & milk. I go for walk & little running in morning after i eat my breakfast. I just exercise as hard as possible... including the Wii Fit & other games on the Wii , forgot about that.. I also play Just Dance, Just Dance central and Wii Fit when i get bored or If a friend come over to hang out either way.
Can't wait to just see everyone look on their faces when they see the new me right now in the summer time. Lost 30 lbs and still trying hard as possible.
