How is one supposed to walk in these? Physics much?

love them omg <3 seriously i want them but if i got them mom would think i;m crazy and she wont let me wear them cause she'll be afraid that i migh fall and break my neck

i like the one behind it better...

I might as well book myself a bed in the hospital before putting those on. LOL. I could never trust myself to walk in those.
