She had a nose job, She said that ina video... stop, ITS JUST A NOSE JOB!

It's HER life, if she wants to have a nose job than why not?! But I think it's just the ankle/side and/or make-up and/or lightening though, the perspective you know. I prefer her "real" nose, but it's her decicion and I will always love her no matter what - she is always beautiful. :)
