I was in Boston, at the finish line to watch my teacher run. I got confused about the train schedule, so my friends and I ended up getting on a train that didn't go all the way back to our station..but it caused us to leave an hour earlier than we initially meant to. We were sitting on the train in North Station when a soldier next to us got the report, he and his friends leaped off the train and ran to the T to go back to the scene. The circuits were jammed as we tried to contact our parents. I got in touch with my teacher, who had finished an hour before, and she was freaking out and everyone was freaked out. But everyone from my town who ran or watched today is safe now. I am not religious, but I believe I made that mistake for a reason, because I was meant to live today. I pray for those who are injured and for those who are searching for loved ones.
