Wrong, GaGa didn't create this expression. It's Martin Kierszenbaum's (head of Cherrytree Records) nickname. All of the artists signed to Cherrytree Records call him that, and when he produces any of their tracks, the artist(s) will usually acknowledge him by saying "Cherry Cherry Boom Boom" at some point within the track. So it definitely isn't just Monsters that know this.
