I heard "thats so gay" or "faggot" or "queer" all day everyday in school. I still do from time to time! Its sickening why the hell are they always the butt of all the jokes???

How I long for the days when "gay" meant "happy"

To be honest i dont mind people saying' thats gay' i mean i dont use it but when people get offended they act as if they are species of animal or alien we are humans if people call us gay embrace it the only word i cant stand for is faggot. So next time someone says thats gayy dont get upset because its not towards you

honestly Ive never said this cause I dont want to look like a downer but im an open lesbian and I absolutely HATE when people call someone a dyke. like I get its a joke but there are other words you can use and you make it sound like being a dyke is an insult :(

As a bisexual woman with mainly gay friends I can't stand people using gay as a derogatory word. I think people say it without realising how hurtful it is, but it implies that being homosexual is less and that we are lower than heteros. It's disgusting. People need to think before they open their mouths. 'that's so gay' needs to die!
