There was NOT a crazy outfit ban at the Grammy's this year... it was a dress code to keep people from looking slutty or showing too much skin... and Katy, Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Kimbra and MANY others broke it but did they get thrown out? No. In my opinion I think they did it for ratings so people would tune in to see if people broke the dress code.

in all honesty, i think that the pic with the yellow cube on her head is a bit silly. but i adore the blue hair 2011 look. very cute. c:
