I'm trying to make this as non-abrasive as possible. If it comes across as bitchy, not my intent. Promise. I feel like this site could be better than what it is right now. There are a lot of problems that need fixing, as well as things that I think would make this site more appealing, for all monsters. I shall separate it into two parts: Fix/Delete: - The stealing of artworks. It happens countless times, someone posts art for the community to see and then later on the same art is posted by another person, and they get all the likes and praise. THIS IS NOT COOL. People spend hours on their work, therefore they should be credited. It's actually a huge turnoff to the artists of this site who want to use this place to get their art seen. If I have to send you proof I'm the original artist if my things are stolen, I will send it. -The sexually suggestive pictures. This is NOT grindr, this is LM. We don't need boys in their underwear. What's more pathetic is people posting shirtless pics when they want more follows on here. This should NOT be tolerated in any shape or form. Not to mention, some of these kids could be underage, therefore it's illegal. It's easy to lie about your age. -The flamebait. It shouldn't be allowed to bash any other artists. Gaga told me herself she wants her fans to be able to listen to tons of different artists and not be ridiculed for it, we don't need posts bashing other artists. -The general interface. We don't need to see the first 2 comments on a post (ESPECIALLY if it's a link for people to like another post), nor do we really need to know if Haus members commented or liked something. It just makes the thirst for likes worse, and makes the page look more crowded. Nice yes, functional, no. ADD - A visible mod team. We report things but don't know if they are resolved, nor do we have people we could directly come to if we have problems with the site. Yeah we can email the problems to you, but sometimes we never know if our problems are addressed. I'm not knocking you guys, but the anonymity is a bit creepy. Come say hi :D -A working app. Most of the time, I access LM on mobile, and sometimes I try to access it and it's glitchy. Maybe integrate it into the ARTPOP app when the time comes? -A revision to the Monster Code. The way it stands right now, the code is hardly enforced nor updated. A site this big needs an updated, enforced set of rules. It's overlooked and isn't functional. -Emoticons. Didn't we have a contest? i think that's it. A lot of monsters I talk to lost interest in this site, and I personally spend only like 5-10 minutes on it a day. I feel with some of these changes, it'll help maybe. :) Thanks for your time!
