I don't think there is anything wrong with kids dressing up or having nice things, as long as they don't let it go to their heads and become spoiled brats.

It makes me really sad. WHen I was at that age I went to play outside on the street with the neighbour kids, I didn't wear make-up and I got my first cellphone when I was 12, it was one without color and anything but it was enough. Nowadays the kids don't even respect the older ones anymore
