hello pop art is an art movements that was popular i the 70's go look up Warhol. Not EVERYTHING is gaga related :]

I really don't think it's connected to ARTPOP at all, but I also think this might be pointing to a larger cultural embracing of the pop art esthetic, which could be very good for Gaga, after all, if it became really big, she would be the one who brought it back...let's hope everyone goes pop art now on. ;)
