A celebrity receives a star when he or she makes a huge contribution or change in their category. For example: Michael Jackson has one because he broke down racial barriers, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, revolutionized teen pop music. So if Gaga does something groundbreaking in music or changes how music should sound like for our generation and makes such a strong contribution in music she'll definitely get a star for herself. She's not there yet, but she will. She hasn't exactly "changed" music, not yet really. NOT HATING BUT IT'S THE TRUTH. ):
