I think the girl's name on facebook who had this photo stolen and used as spam was Stefania Herrerio or something similar. She commented on one of the sites showing it saying she doesn't have cancer and just shaved her head.

I've had cancer and chemo kills every growing cell on your body. Including hair follicles. This girl cannot be taking any type of treatment for cancer.
