I like to practice on myself by copying bruises I actually get and watching them as they heel, the colors change. Use a good stipple sponge. There is always a center of impact that causes the bruise that usually has no pigment. The surrounding colors mix in your primary colors to achieve the different tones surrounding it. I love Make-up Forever flash pallet. Has every color cream. Have fun!! xo
