Well the few time I could see the chat, one guy asked her what is ARTPOP's message and she said it's kind of "how she mix art with pop" nothing more.

Because the "monsters" were from Skype and they were payed not to ask about anything related to ARTPOP

It all seemed quiet like a fake. The questioning fans seemed so instructed, not spontaneous. What a waste. We all wanted to hear finally something about the next single and album. All this teasing set expectations too high. I guess ARTPOP will not arrive until next year.

You guys set your expectations WAY too high. No artist or actor is allowed to speak of their projects until it gets close to the date it is supposed to be out. Things can't be handed to you when you want them to be. It really hasn't been that long of a wait either.
