She said she recorded a bunch of songs for ARTPOP already, she said she just has to choose the final track list for the album. She said it when she was chatting with monsters. She said its hard to choose the final cut of songs. I'm predicting the first single will be released late march/earlyapril because she hasn't announced anything yet. And artists usually announce release dates in advance and she's lagging a little haha.
