My Body Revolution

I am not muscly, I am not skinny and thats all you seem to see in body revolutions. Its taking me a lot to post this, I can't stand my body and as of monday I am going to do something about it. Ive just come out of a relationship and decided that instead of eating my feelings away I am going to work to being happier with myself, I need to feel good in and of myself I can't count on him taking that role for me. I know what you are looking at isn't pretty and some may laugh, but I just wanted to take part in the body revolution.

I think you're a very brave man and it takes a lot of courage to be able to do something like this especially when you have difficulty with the way you look. I am inspired by you and it's people like you who allow others to be brave too.
