I agree it's Gagas choice what she does with herself. It does question the whole "born this way" montra, but at least little monsters aren't blind to her enhancements. It's clear she has had work done on her nose and enhanced her lips. I'm sure there are plenty of us out here who would love to improve ourselves but don't have the means. What ever happened to loving yourself for who you are?
