I think it's kinda a documentary movie. monsters in front of Fasano (her hotel at Rio) were filmed too. the backstage and those stuff... I don't know.

In london there was signs on the window saying that when you enter the stadium your agreeing to being filmed and photographed by the directories of the born this way ball concert. so its obvious there's a DVD.

how people say, it may be filmed all arounf the world, in the most important countries, maybe. I've heard part of it was filmed in London
