HER LAST WISH!!

This little girl is sick. She has an illness in her heart and were not sure how long she has. Lady Gaga is her biggest idle. She was hospitalized a month ago and we almost lost her. The nurses played Lady Gaga music for her the whole time she was there and her favorite song is "Born this Way"! Her last wish is to go and see lady gagas concert in Chicago Ill on February 13 or 14th. And be able to meet her face to face. In this location because she will be close to her doctors. I also wanted to add what her illness is: Hypoplastic left heart syndrome and Turners syndrome.the illnesses that she has in a lot of cases they can do surgery and fix it but the docters say it is to bad and sergery wont help so they dont know she could have 6 days weeks months or a year. If she gets the chance to meet her hopfully she can hang on to do so. She is at home now but with the scare they had a month ago you never no.

Sents this site is new to me I was surfing around on it when i hover over the likes it shows me who all had liked it and were you are all from. It is just unbelievable! literally from all over the world!! It just shows how much love is really out there! and just maybe with all these likes and different people we just might be able to get her her wish :)!!!

I would also like to thank everyone for the hopes and prayers. Its heart warmig to know so many people care. If anyone knows how to get this to Gaga please let me know.

Ok I havehad a few requests for her name and proofthat this is real. For starters her name is Kayleigh Gurzynski.and as far as proof the only proof I have is on my facebook page which im not sure how to put that on here but if you go on face book and go into search type in "Help Kayleigh Gurzynski Meet Lady Gaga" it should come up as her face book page.

oh my god this is awful.. :( every little monster deserves a chance to go see the Born This Way Ball.. </3 i wish there was some way i could help... but i know she'll make it <3 she was born to be brave!!!! <3
