I tihnk victorias secret models are sexy, they actually are that skinny so they are 'real'. tbh not to be mean but some of the dove people are overweight and that could affect their health
I'm a size 14/16 girl and I don't think even the bottom one portrays me well, both are airbrushed and changed. Advertising is supposed to be visually appealing. If I say and advert for underwear and the person was overweight and covered in stretch marks I'd not think "oh she's more like me I'll buy those knickers". The top set of ladies are hot, but probably unattainable, bottom set of ladies, some hot, some not, some pretty, some not. But both are beautiful.
odio aguarles la fiesta pero los anuncios de dove son tremendo FAKE. las chicas pasan por un proceso de casting igual y hasta peor que los de victoria secret...
While I love this concept, I don't think it was really carried out very well. :/ All of these woman are bigger, for one, which isn't accurate at all. I'd like to see thin models who look healthy (but not necessarily overly toned), rather than the women in the first picture who are excessively toned in addition to being almost to thin. Where's the short girl? Where's the 'fit' girl? What about different body types? All of these women are hourglass shaped. I WAS pleased at the skin tones they included. I was stunned and somewhat horrified to find out in a women's studies class the other day that magazine covers will photoshop black women to give them lighter complexions and make them look more like white people. I had no idea. And that's so fucked up.
I remember being made fun of and one of my ex's said I had child bearing hips. I'm curvy and damn proud of it and now my bf of 5 yrs loves it. He says he loves my curves and I'm very happy about that:). Just be yourself!!
Top and bottom pics are both beautiful. I would be the bottom definitely cuz I'm curvy and short lol.I'm only 5foot 2 or so and all my body is so compact and muscular
