I'm from NYC and was at my job today HomeGoods to be exact before I left I decided to use my discount and buy a few items. As I'm waiting in line I spot this woman near the register paying for her items, she turns around for a brief second and in my head I was like "is that...?t it cant be" I mustered up the courage to ask any way when she finished paying I said "excuse me ma'am you look familiar" and in the most fabulous NY accent she goes "one second let me tell you how you know me" so we go off to the side and she shows me her jacket (a casual wind breaker for running errands) she flips the collar and on the jacket it says "Lady Gaga Monster Ball" in my mind I was like "OMG It is Cynthia!" I said "I knew it, I'm a huge fan of your daughter" She smiled hugged me (a nice warm hug like I've known her for years) and said "whats your name" I go "I'm Christine I work here" she says "Wonderful I love this store, you know She'll (Gaga) be home soon are you going to the concert?" I say "yes I have tickets for March at the Barclay's center" she said "Great I'll be there down in the front" I said "well I'll be way up in the stands but I'm very excited" She goes "well it was nice to meet you Christine was it?" I go "yea" then she smiled and said "Have a great holiday"I say "thank you, you too" and she leaves. She was so nice I'm glad she stopped to talked to me she had sunglasses on (and the most fabulous Channel bag I've ever seen) and was trying to be incognito. Such a gorgeous women and so tiny just about my height (I'm 5 ft) I hope she visits my store more often. Any who that's the story of how I met Mrs. Germanotta which made my day.
