I've read a lot of posts about body image and things people have been fighting with. I would like to bring into light something that I've been struggling with for 12 years. It's really hard for me to put it out there because I am very afraid of the bashing that may ensue. So here it is: I've been a self-mutilator ever since I was 14. I struggle every single day of my life with this. It's a demon I wish would be gone. I work very very hard on "exorcising" this demon, but it's like it wants to stay. I haven't harmed myself in a few months (which is a huge accomplishment). I just have to say, I love Gaga and she's so inspiring and so are all of you. I feel very happy to be part of a huge family like this. Thank you all for being wonderful. I believe that you all are beautiful. xx
