I think this has been widely misinterpreted. She said she was a "new-age feminist", not that the song was. And she brought up the song to say that the sentiments it expressed were not incompatible with her view of feminism -- not that the song itself expressed her view of feminism. From the other things she said, it actually sounded like a pure sex song.
