I highly doubt ratchet is going to be on Gagas album. Its going to be Azealia Banks feat GAGA. Ratchet girls are a thing with Azealia. She references them quite a few times in her FANTASEA Mixtape. Her actual 1st legitimate album "Broke With Expensive Taste" is going to be coming out early 2013. I do not think this will be on ARTPOP.
