This is 14 yr old Austin Stokes of George County MS, USA. He has Cerebral Palsy and leaving the lunchroom at school an 18 year old football player called him retarded. Austin got upset and threw an empty soda can at him. Then the 18 year old proceeded to beat him. By the way...Austin is almost blind. The police are only going to charge the other boy with simple assault (nothing) and expel him for the rest of the year. That is IF they even charge him.
